AnswerThere is only ONE GOD in Islam and Muslims call him ALLAH. Christian Arabs call their lord "alla". Its the same One God who everybody worships, they just have different names for Him. Allah made Adam and Eve and they were created with out any parents. And then they had so many offsprings, who scattered all over the world. After the death of their parents, the children of Adam and Eve came up with many different consepts of gods....most of the credit goes to Team Satan/Shaitan.
