There are no herbal remedies that will cure prostate cancer. Many men have prostate cancer but die from some other cause, like old age. Prostate cancer is a slow growing cancer and your doctor may not even treat it. However, people do die from prostate cancer. Some cancers go undetected for long periods and are able to spread from the prostate into the surrounding area. These can be very dangerous.

Type your answer here... Orchiectomy is a virtually outdated treatment normally reserved for some advanced prostate cancer cases. In these advanced cases a cure is considered unlikely by whatever treatment, and cure in 100% of cases is just not possible. As applied to localized prostate cancer (which is not common practice) a "cure" is quite possible but the side-effects of treatment are very considerable - osteoporosis. impotence, depression, cognitive depletion, hot flashes, increased weight and so on. There may also be legal problems involved. All in all it is rarely advisable.
