In general (very loosely) a misfire can be a bad plug, wire or coil.
On top of the intake in front of the throttle control. it has a two wire plug going into it.
If you didn't replace one spark plug wire at a time you may have mixed up the firing order.
Defective spark plug, bad plug wire, burnt valve, cracked head, or blown head gasket.
Check in the chilton manual, if u do not have one, the main library usually carries them.
Check the spark plug and the wire on the 8th spark cylinder. Corosion, short, or just bad.

The remote wire on the factory radio in a 2005 F150 Ford Supercrew is usually blue. The remote wire is used to connect extra things to a radio that are not already factory installed.
Just ground the wire with a screw straight on to the frame!
