Not the version from the movie 300
In general, I would not recommend ANY rifle for hunting big game at ranges over 300 yards. The likelihood of a clean, humane kill at more than 300 yards in a hunting scenario is very, very small, especially on a large animal that requires accurate shot placement. Rifles (generally bolt action) in caliber 30-06 or larger are typically used for elk. PS- the kill zone for an elk is about the size of a small paper plate. If you can hit a small paper plate at over 300 yards EVERY shot, shooting from a hunting position, you are doing very well.
Ok. 300 is about a spartan king names Leonidis. He is played by Gerard butler. In the movie Xerxes the Persian king, wants to conquor Sparta. Leonidis gathers an army of 300 men. He leads his men south to defeat xerxes. He is ambused alot. One of his men get injured and he sends him back to Sparta. His army and him dies at the end. The injured warrior gathers an army of either 1,000 or 10,000 Spartans. Then it doesn't show the rest. By the way there is 1,000,000 Persians.

Yes, it was an excellent movie. It shows how poorly the Jews were treated during the Holoccaust and how 300 people escaped from the camp. It is rated G, but it has nudity, bad words, and violence. There's not a lot of it though.
