Middle lane at +/- 5 mph of posted speed limit
The maximum speed limit is not uniform in all US states.ALSO - by "expressway" are you referring to the Interstate Road System or some other arterial highway or parkway?
This is a flawed question. The Prius does not dictate what speed its drivers operate the vehicle. Many owners are attempting to get the most miles per gallon, and driving under the posted speed limit can assist in achieving this goal.
In most countries, on most roads, there is no specified minimum speed.
Yes, most states allow drivers to be excluded.
you can drive anywhere in the U.S. with any states drivers liscense. It is possible to drive across the country without having to obtain a drivers license in each state because a drivers license is valid in all 50 states. Most states also have a drivers license compact that reports traffic infractions.
Depending on year model there should be a cable going in to the tailhouseing of the transmission on the drivers side . There will be a gear on the end of it .It will be bad most of the time.
Most states require a separate drivers license. -------------- In some countries (Sweden for instance) it's allowed to drive 125cc's on a car drivers license!
Most states mandate a motorcycle license.
There are 10 expressways, most of them ends with E (stands for expressway) like KJE (Kranji Expressway), CTE (Central Expressway) and PIE (not the pie you eat but Pan-Island Expressway) except for one special expressway called ECP (East Coast Parkway), maybe due to the fact it has a E in front (or it becomes ECE) or maybe because it just runs along the East Coast Park.
Most insurance policies allow other occasional drivers. If they are normal drivers, I would add them to the policy.
To drive in America, you need a drivers license and a car. Also need car insurance. It is illegal in most states not to have insurance.
