The stock tire size on a Ranger 4X4 is 215/75R15. This information can be found on the drivers door along with the VIN, GVWR, and such. If someone has replaced the door with one off a 2 wheel drive, this information will be incorrect.

If its a Ford Ranger XL 4x4 the stock tire size is 215/75R15. On the 1994 Ranger you had an additional option size of 235/75R15 and 265/75R15 (31x10.50) depending on the engine size. For the 4x2 models, I believe the options were 195/70R14, 215/70R14, and 225/70R14.
