Well the thing is since the right wing is in power atm the Prime Minister kinda hates the places but Labour Party and the people in Libreal Democrats apart from nick clegg, Communist Party of Britain, Socialist Labor Party, Green party, Monster Raving Looney Party etc. want to help these places and give aid.
