Accessory. Essentially it's the first position when you move the key. it goes ACC (accessory), then ON, finally start (crank) The fuse box is just letting you know when the fuse will have power when your down there testing for it.

There are many many site that provide playback of old ACC videos. The ACC Network, TheACC and also the vault acc all provide playback of lots of ACC videos.

I've heard that leaving it in the ignition in the ACC position for at least 30 seconds does this, but I'm not positive about that.
with key in the "acc" position hit the "set" button and then hit the "scan" button for hours and the "seek" button for minutes
