If you mean what strategic advantages did Germany, Japan, and Italy have in World War II, I will offer some ideas.
The Axis were more prepared for war at the start. For years all three countries had been building up their militaries and using Propaganda to prepare the general population. England and France were reluctant to engage in another major war and did not priorities military capabilities. The United States had a very small standing army and an isolationist policy. By contrast Germany and Japan had been developing technology and producing modern weapons and training soldiers for years.
All three Axis powers had a unified leadership with limited accountability to their people. This let them take bold action while the US, France, and Britain were restrained by popular will.
Axis leaders were ahead of the curve in developing new strategies. For example the German Blitzkrieg combined air, armor, and infantry in new ways. Japan had a large force of aircraft carriers and used land based planes effectively against ships.
All of these advantages proved to be only temporary. By 1944 I don't think the Axis had any major strategic advantages.
