I just had a chanel clip break on my 97. The old windows used to have a full chanel that the window sat in. The new ones like my 97 venture just have 2 plastic clips about 2 inches long. I have a 97 power windows and ended up changing both the driver and passenger pwr window buttons. Not sure of the technical terminology. Hope this helps.
