have you checked to be sure that the driver lock out button has not been pushed. it is usually above the window controls and it use to keep small children from rolling down the windows.

You may want to check the fuses-located on the driver's side in dash. Or, you may choose to replace the window console buttons. I have a 97 power windows and ended up changing both the driver and passenger pwr window buttons. Not sure of the technical terminology. Hope this helps.
