The Page-Lewis Model 50 was discontinued in 1933. I belive they started to make them in 1928. I sold in 1933 for around 5 dollars out of the Sears catalog. Today it is worth around 150 dollars or so.

You posted this under the Iver Johnson topic and that company made a lot of revolvers in Fitchburg, which isn't far from Chicopee Falls. The only arms maker I find in Chicopee is Stevens, but I have no records of a Stevens revolver. Are you sure it is not a tip-up pistol?
I have a 12ga Chicopee Arms shotgun that I inherited from my father. "Chicopee Arms" is a brand name used by the H.D. Folsom Company for selling hunting shotguns in the 1940s. Hope this helps!
Riverside Arms Company in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts made and sold guns and ammunition to customers. The US Pat Feb 10, 1914 refers to a firearm that was produced by the company.
