Should be a boxlock gun, made by Ithaca using the Lefever name. Probably manufactured in the 1930's. They made two grades in .410, the Nitro Special and the Grade A Field. The .410 is VERY desireable, and condition is so very important to value. You may well be in the $1500-$2000 range or more. We are always interested buyers in early American doubles, and would be interested in seeing digital pictures. sales@countrygunsmith.net
In 1916, Lefever Arms Company was sold to Ithaca, who continued to make guns under the Lefever brand. Your serial number would date to around 1935-1937.

That Lefever was made in 1923.
In order to determine the age of Lefever shotgun, the serial number must be known. However, Lefever shotguns were only made and distributed between 1885-1916.
The Lefever single barrel trap gun was discontinued in 1942. Any Lefever in better than 90% condition is extremely rare and difficult to evaluate. In 90% condition it would be worth about $550; in 10%, $195.
