The 107B in 20 gauge is not rare. Even in excellent condition it probably isn't worth more than maybe $125, and in well-used condition can be found for as low as $50 at gunshows.
The 107B was the predecessor to the Model 94. Singleshot .410s are desirable compared with the larger gauges, but they're still only worth $75 to $175, depending on condition.
