2005 Freightliner.. what? At a diesel shop, you'll be looking at around $110 - $150/hour for labor, plus the cost of parts.. you're looking at at least three to four hours of labor for that job, when you consider disassembling and reassembling the radiator, plus removal and installation.
Drain the coolant, remove all lines to the radiator.... not all that familiar with that model, so there is a possibility that you might have to remove the hood... remove the braces, unbolt the radiator from the bottom, lift it out with an overhead crane. Remove the casing from the radiator, install the casing around the new radiator, installation is the opposite of removal.
Remove the water from the radiator. Remove the radiator hoses. Remove the stabilizing arm from the top of the radiator. Remove the radiator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new radiator.

Drain the water from your Mazda Protege radiator. Remove the hoses from your radiator. Remove the radiator stabilizing arm. Remove the radiator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new radiator.
Remove the radiator hoses from your 1990 Buick LeSabre radiator. Remove the radiator stabilizing arm retaining bolt. Remove the radiator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new radiator.
Drain the water from your 1972 Chevy Corvette radiator. Remove the radiator hoses. Remove the stabilizing arm retaining bolt. Remove the radiator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new radiator.
Drain the water from the radiator. Remove the water hoses. Remove the retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new radiator.
Break the nut
Drain the radiator into a suitable container. Remove the upper radiator hose at the engine. Remove the 2 bolts holding the thermostat housing and remove the thermostat. Clean both surfaces and install the thermostat and gasket. Install the housing and the upper radiator hose. Top off the radiator.
