Normally, a horse's temperature will be between 99.8 F and 101.3 F. Keep in mind that the weather can affect temperature. In warm weather or during exercise, stress, or excitement, a horse's temperature will naturally rise.

Hope this helps :D

Normal body temperature is 99 - 101 F. A temperature higher than that, may indicate an infection. A healthy horse's temperature can vary by 3degrees depending on environmental factors. Horses tend to have higher temperatures in warm weather and during/after exercise, stress or excitement. A high fever doesn't always indicate a severe condition, but it is a good idea to take your horse's temperature often and if you his temperature is over 102 F, you should call your veterinarian

On the flip side, temperature should not be confused with temperament. These are two totally different things when referring to horses.

Arabian horses are not wild horses, they are domestic horses. They are kept, raised and bred all over the world, including the US, Canada, Europe and Arabia of course. Arabian horses are generally more fragile animals and many prefer to live in stalls, rather than outdoor keeping, but although stalls combined with daily turnout make for a lovely home for an Arabian horse, if a horse has a large paddock with lots of room to roam, and a safe, secure run-in shelter to go in when it needs, it will do wonderfully.

They are extremely smart, and will be your best friend! They can be a bit frisky, but can also be a great beginners horse, you just have to find the right one. If you are intermediate to advanced, this is a great horse for you! They are often referred to as a "hot-blooded" breed, meaning they are more spirited then other breeds. Breeds also referred to as this are the Thoroughbred and Barb.

They really want to please and are great endurance horses. They really connect to their owner and can be very sweet.

Arabians are a man made breed and therefore their habitat is where-ever a human puts them, therefore the temperature will be affected by the horses general location.
