What concerns me is how often this type of question is asked, and always by girls.
I have some questions -
Do you yearn for average looks? Would you be proud to have average intelligence? Do you want people to say, "She has an average personality"?
Then why would you be concerned with having "average" weight?
Are you aware that the BMI and other "charts" were predominantly developed in the middle of the 19th century when most people were undernourished and much shorter then we are now?
Are you aware that Hollywood and Madison Avenue portray "ideal women" that bear a suspicious resemblence to starving concentration camp survivors? Are you aware of how many models starve themselves and/or use drugs?
Are you aware of the thousands of girls - just like you - who die from Anorexia Nervosa?
Are you aware of the thousands more who have a variety of life long health related problems from Bulimia?
Tired of the questions yet? Here's a last one -
Do you know the pain of having your daughter die of starvation, and it happening because you weren't paying attention to how weight obsessed she was?
Now if you truly think you have a weight problem, have your parents take you to a doctor. Other than that, be yourself and be it in style, and to hell with what Cosmo thinks of you.
They don't actually know you. Or care.
It depend on the line. My female lab wieghs about 68 pounds. The average weight varies. but it is mostly 58-69 lbs. the ideal weight depends on if your dog is large boned or petite.
The average weight for a 5'5 20 year old woman with a small frame is between 117 and 130 lbs. For a medium frame the average weight is between 127 to 141 lbs. For a large frame the average weight is between 137 to 155.

A ballerina body is one that is fit and on a strict diet to maintain a certain weight. An average sized female would be considered a large ballerina
It depends on the bone structure and height of the individual. If the parents are large boned, medium boned or small boned then the weight would fluctuate and the same with height. Also culture has something to do with it. Most Asians or Japanese are small boned and petite, while it's not uncommon for some black people or even Caucasians or Europeans to be large boned.
to spread out the weight evenly so they don't collapse.
700 lbs. is about the weight of a large female polar bear.
Columns of course!
Many variables must be considered when determining your average weight, depending on your age (pre-teen, teen, adult), frame size (small-medium or large bone), genetics and the height, in general it's around (male) 122 - 150 lbs., (female) 113 - 138 lbs.
Presumably it's the weight of a sow. It could mean a very large weight approximately the weight of a sow, but I haven't heard of this unit of weight.
