There is no perfect or particular weight for a 15-year-old (or a person of any age). This is because weight is related to height and body composition rather than age.

So, for in-depth information about:

  1. The distribution of weights and heights of children at various stages
  2. The causes of unwanted weight gain
  3. The best diet and lifestyle to reduce or prevent unwanted weight gain in children or teenagerss
  4. Or to view the height weight charts

Well i'm a 15 year old male who happens to be 5'5 :)) and i weigh about 133-135 but i'm still trying to lose some weight because yea... Uh but i'd say my goal would have to be 125 because that seems fair, but my weight is fine to but just depends on the person, because everyone is built differently :) Hope this helps ^^
