What is the average weight range for a 15 year old girl that is 5'5?

Weight can vary so much person to person and there are many factors that play a role; your height, your frame & where you carry your weight. A lot of people say that your BMI is more important then your weight and there are a lot of on-line calculators out there to help you figure that out. I perfer to go by my body fat then my body weight or BMI; you can actually be a "skinny" weight but have higher body fat and vice versus! I am 5 foot tall and when I weighed 113 pounds I was at 26% body fat but when I was 117 I was at 17% body fat - muscle weighs more then fat - and in my opinion looks a lot better! :) If you don't have access to a gym where they can calculate it for you you can do it at the healthcentral website. You'll need a measuring tape; it's easier if you have someone to do it for you but you can do it yourself. At 15 you should focus on having fun in a healthy way; do a lot of physical acitivity and just be "aware" of what you're eating but not obsessive about it - make healthy choices on a daily basis and splurge a little on special occasions. Choose to walk and take the stairs whenever you can.
