Some companies use expeller pressing, and put the entire avocado through a screw press, extracting an avocado oil (of dubious quality) which they can call "cold pressed".
Some companies (such as Olivado) actually remove the skin and stone from the avocado, then cold press the flesh to extract a high quality oil.
