Lots of people have opinions about which motor oil is best, but those opinions are almost always totally unfounded. Use the least expensive motor oil that meets the standards and specifications spelled out by the manufacturer of your vehicle. As long as the motor oil is obtained from a reputable source, there is no basis for choosing one brand over another.
If you want to bring up used oil testing results, then you will have to explain why so many people come up with results that contradict the results of others. If this sort of testing was conclusive, you'd have to expect a consensus, which of course never happens.
Amsoil By far the best.
Any major brand synthetic oil.
Motorcraft is the OEM Ford motor oil brand.
Castrol is one of the best motor oils out there. The have a highly rated product and also offer a three hundred thousand mile warranty if you use thier oil.

SAE 5w30 any major brand conventional or synthetic oil.
Your choice of brand. 5w30 for the cold, and 10w30 for warmer areas.

depends i use quaker state oil but if you live down south get a thicker brand and up north thinner i live in mid Iowa Any major brand is a quality oil.
Any major brand SAE 10w30 or High Mileage oil if the engine is high mileage. Use API service SL or SJ.
5W-30 is recommended. Any major brand is fine.
