High Intensity Interval Training.. Eat 6 balanced meals a day that do not exceed 300 calories. Stick to vegetable carbs and if you need or want to eat carbs use it like a condiment. Follow this for 12 weeks and then get off of it for a couple of weeks then start up again. When off the keep your eating habits for the week and on the weekends eat normal just keep meals to moderate portions but indulge a bit.
