Edit: Completely ignore the previous answer. Ice Dragon Head dropped in a previous Dragonsvard war, which means it is no longer attainable in the game.

Sadly you have to have a Dragon Amulet, obtained by buying a game card and using the points to obtain said membership, then you can travel to Dragonsgrasp and do the final quest in the Vilmor chain (Betrayal) until you receive the much sought after Ice Scythe. Even if you somehow manage to get to Dragonsgrasp without the use of an amulet, you'll still need it to be able to use the Ice Scythe weapon. It may take a while to farm for the weapon but with patience and luck you'll have gained the most powerful (especially at the highest level 58) ice weapon in Dragonfable yet.

in battleon you can craft weapons, u can make ice weapon, also in fire war vs arkiloth you get temp. frozen claymore-it is boss, its special is a one-hit-ko, also a quest in portal of guardian tower u can get artic blade, im pretty sure u can buy decent ice weapon in falconreach inn.
