There are a great number of products available for steering wheel covers. Check out products that specifically state "absorbing" in the description- materials like neoprene that can easily be washed.

you need some kind of key or tool to remove it. There is a bolt on either side of the wheel you will see small plastic like doors or covers on the wheel and if it has cruise control remove the cover from that.

Any type of cars as long as they do not have the steering wheel fitted. They fit a different steering wheel in China (a smaller one) because people have shorter hands.

there should be some kind of screws, sometimes they are Phillips or star shaped. just take those out and the steering column cover should come right off.
You normally have to remove the steering wheel and take apart part of the steering column. If your car has an air bag in the steering wheel you will probably want to take it to a garage. A Haynes Manual for your vehicle would tell you how to do it or whether to attempt it. Depending on the car, you might not need to take apart the steering column, but you will probably still have to remove the air bag and steering wheel. Often, there is a pin or some kind of interlock that you can push to remove the lock cylinder, but you can only get to it after removing the steering wheel. Again, see the service manual for the specific vehicle.
