So long as it's in-spec, it'll work fine. I've built AR-15s for customers using Double Star, CMMG, DPMS, Yankee Hill, Stag Arms, S&W, and several others. The only ones which I'd ever had problems with were Roggio Arsenal, whose first production run had the extension tube threads incorrectly measured... they've since rectified the problem, but some of those may still be floating around. On my own AR, I use a Double Star lower, as I had a number of them and it was a show of my own confidence in their product to my customers. Although my personal favorite is Aero Precision.

I also like Sun Devil's billet lowers.

I would recommend you avoid cast lower receivers, which are very prone to breakage (examples include NORINCO, Hesse, Blackthorne, and Vulcan).

A lot of people get on these forums and hear a bunch of "if it's not Colt or Noveske with a 1 in 7 chrome lined barrel, it's crap....". Don't pay them any attention. If they knew what they were talking about, they would actually dissuade you from the chrome lining unless you were going to fire full auto.

As for your charging handle, just the basic one will be fine. If you're going to run a suppressor, then you could benefit from the PRI Gas Buster, but, otherwise, a charging handle is a charging handle... doesn't really matter who makes it.

I may be contacted by the email address listed on my profile if I haven't fully addressed your question.

What are the part of m16?

The M16 comes in two main parts, the upper and lower receiver. The upper receiver consists of the receiver, carry handle (on older models), bolt group, charging handle, barrel, hand guards, front sight, gas tube, and many other small parts. The lower is composed of the stock (inside it is the buffer spring), pistol grip, fire selector, magazine well. Go to bushmasters website or youtube to see a cutaway M16 in operation for an understanding of how it works.

Difference between a ar-15 stripped lower receiver and a regular receiver?

Stripped lower is just 1 piece of aluminum without the trigger, springs, safety, buffer tube, stock, grip, etc. It is the bare bones you need to begin a custom build; to make it range-ready you will need a lower parts kit, trigger pack, buffer tube, buffer and spring, and a stock.

Can you use the upper receiver on the hk417 with the lower receiver of the hk416 rifle?

No. The HK417 is chambered for the much larger 7.62x51 cartridges, and the upper receiver will be too long to be fitted to a 5.56x45 HK416 lower.

What is dealer cost for ar15 lower receiver?

Will a ar-15 pistol upper receiver fit on a standard ar15 lower receiver?

Yes, it will, but then it would be in an SBR (short-barreled rifle) configuration, and would be a violation of federal law if the lower receiver is unregistered.

List of parts needed to build an airsoft gun?

To build a complete airsoft gun from spare parts, you will need a lower receiver, upper receiver, grip, stock, fire selector switch, trigger assembly, magazine, magazine release, charging handle with spring assembly, complete gear box, motor, hop up unit, inner barrel with bucking, D ring, RIS/hand guard, outer barrel, flash hider, iron sights/optics (optional). This is a list for an intermediate level airsoft gun. If you intend to build a lower or higher quality gun, you will need less or more parts accordingly.

Can you sell a AR-15 lower receiver without a license?

Yes. If it's an assembled rifle lower, you treat it the same as any other private sale of a rifle. If it's a stripped receiver, it's an assembled pistol receiver (or was sold to you as such), or it's an assembled receiver minus the buttstock assembly, you need to act in accordance with the laws of your state for selling a handgun.
