I have heard that homeopathic remedies are safe to use while women are pregnant due to the fact that the meidcation only consists of natural ingredients. You could trya simple nosewash (sniff it in) using salt water - a teaspoon or 2 of salt in 1 litre of water should be adequate. It's a natural disinfectant and won't do any harm. Also try a steam bath - steaming hot water in a basin, and len over the basin with a towel over your head and over the basin to contain the steam. This will help to clear some of the congestion and again, will do no harm. If you want to you can ask your chemist or a friendly aromatherapist to recommend an aromatherapy oil that will be safe to use in the steam basin, but get expert advice first as many aromatherapy oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy.
