There not really a best skill it depends if you want money or xp: for xp it probably a mix between Strength, Attack, and defense. If your looking for money it's probably fishing because when you are a high lv you can fish swordfish and lobsters (always remember to sell raw otherwise the price goes down). But woodcutting is good because when you get to lv 60 (its worth it) you can cut yew logs which cost 200gp a log. Hope this help and send feedback :)
