This is exactly what the Z needs the most. We need a thin oil that can sustain together without burning at high heats. But if money is not an issue the best oil you can possible put in the 300ZX is either Greddy Oil 0w-50 or Eneos Oil 0w-50. Just to make things easy on everyone. The lower the first number, the better. The higher the second number, the better. Always get low then high.
