This stuff works magic for me and I think it's relatively new. Revlon ColorStay Aqua I think is the full name. Not only does it cover up acne, it covers up scars, liver spots (if you have them), bruises, and other spots on your face that is not the right color. It also has moisturizer in it, and it makes your skin soft. They use coconut milk to moisturize, though, so if your worried about it causing acne, it won't. It makes me look like I'm glowing I think because it gives me (like they say in the makeup ads) an "airbrushed" finish. Make sure you find the right color. It's kind of pricey at $12 dollars, but it amazing what this stuff can do for you. AMAZING! You can find it at your local Target. Hope I helped!
cover up mostly.. though most cover up clogs them more so, I suggest not wearing any. If you are worried mostly about pimples you should try going to the doctor. Cover up will work most of the time, though it also makes it look like a mole, but that's what actresses uses.
I would say by far the very best make up to cover anything from actual acne pimples to the scars they may leave behind would be, Jane Iredale makeup pressed powder foundation. It is like an air brush makeup only it has beneficial minerals in it to help protect your skin from free radicals which break down the skin. It comes in little powder cakes and is 100% natural and free of fillers and bi products which can irritate and clog pores. I used it in beauty school and trust me its worth the cost it helps heal existing pimples and wont settle in fine lines also combined with their mattifying powder you'll be shine free and your skin will picture amazing. They have setting sprays which help make the makeup stay put even through the rain and only water and friction can remove it. TRY IT!
Make up can work wonders! It defnitely covers up acne scars but you don't want to rely on it too much since foundation can make your skin look cakey. Plus make up is very bad for your skin since it can clog up your pores, preventing your skin from breathing. Minimal makeup is the good way to go. I would recommend mineral makeup brands or natural brands such as Laura Mercier.
Meanwhile, I would try to mimimize the appearance of acne scars the natural way. There are many creams at the local drugstore that help minimize the redness. I personally like applying lemon juice and honey on the scarred areas every night to reduce the color. Distilled vinegar also helps. You'll notice your skin looking brighter.

the best makeup would probably be mineral foundation. i suggest the powery ones.
Covermark is your best choice.
proactive or clean n clear:>
I'd say it does cause it clogs your pores and the pimple just stays there longer and gets red. but if you really wanna wear make up then u have to wash your face really really good for it opens your pores for they arn't cloged :)
Yes, if you already have an acne prone skin then makeup can irritate the skin and cause acne. Also, if make up is not removed properly you can get acne. The best acne treatment for this condition is to not apply makeup especially when you have a lot of acne on the face.
acne free
Cover up or concealer is used to cover and hide blemishes and redness, like pimples and the blue shades under the eye. It is kind of like foundation, but is more focussed on the spots on your face as opposed to the overall tone of your face.
If you have alot of pimples or just one, and you put concealer or foundation or anything over top of your pimple, it can cause it to be bigger and worse. Also, if you leave makeup on while you are sleeping and don't wash and moisterize your face properly then you can get pimples because you are clogging your pore's and that causes pimples.
Because your probably wearing a lot of makeup and gel. Possibly it is the side you sleep on, in which case change your pillowcase frequently, or it could be that you have your hand on that side of your face a lot, maybe even without realizing it.
The best way to prevent pimples is to always eat your vegetables and fruit (vitamin c),and wash your face with hot water and soap! ;)
Hiding it without make-up is impossible unless you want to put your hair over that part of your face. You can put ice on it or other over the counter products to try to make it lessened.
makeup, bandage, hair
The best way to apply Sheer Cover Make up would be to use a fresh and clean face pad, wash face first, and apply in a thin layer evenly over face. Rub in a circular motion to cover all abnormalities in the skin. Use a press powder after to remove the shine that may occur.
Your face has pimples because it produces an oil called sebum. If you don't wash your face regularly the sebum builds up and therefore causes a breakout of pimples.
One who faces increased number of pimples on face must avoid taking fatty foods. The best solution would be to use a skin care cream which does not contain much chemical substances in it.
