If you want a good radiator get an all aluminum radiator as they cool a lot better, call summit racing as they have them.
Yes, it is integrated into the radiator. You can see the lines running into the radiator through the grill and an exit line is directly below it. The engine coolant helps cool the trans fluid. The BEST scenario would be to have an external cooler in which the fluid runs through several "coils " while being exposed to the passing air. This is the best possible cooling. Just driving a few miles one can feel how hot the trans fluid can get , without towing....imagine how hot when pulling !!!
A 3 or 4 core radiator would be your best
yes you can convert.....the best way would be to find an auto trans and t case from a 88-95 truck .....after that you will need to run trans cooler lines...may have to change radiator.....and then the best thing is to put in a floor shifter ....that way you can keep the stock stearing collum you may also need to use the cross member from the auto trans...i hope this info has been helpful....this is really not as hard as it seems

QA1 makes the best.
Muriatic acid is the best for cleaning a radiator. It will remove buildup in the system without damaging the existing metal, hoses, or seals which make up the radiator.
The parts that are needed to fix a car radiator depends on what is wrong with the radiator. It would be best to have the radiator fixed by a professional.
The transmission oil cooler inside the radiator is bad. DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE OR DRIVE IT ANY FURTHER! Have it towed to a trans shop for repair and a flush then hope for the best.
