OEM is normally best. So, if it came with Copper, use copper plugs, and if it came with platinum, use platinum. Changing brands to cheaper plugs often causes drivability issues. Regardless of what plug you buy, make sure you gap them correctly using a gapping tool and the correct specification. This can be found on the emission sticker under the hood or often in the owner's manual. Remember, hemi has 16 spark plugs, 2 per cylinder!

Champion SPRE14MCC4. Those are the stock and work just great.
Disconnect the spark plug wires from the spark plug( best to do 1 at a time, so not to mix the wires). Using a 5/8 socket you can remove/install the spark plugs. Gap should be .035" and torque is 24ft-lbs.
