I use NGK Iridium spark plugs they run around i belive 8-9$ each they work well, Id reccomened changing your spark plug wires for better enegine respone, if its been over 5 years or lack of combustion, and less respone. Use aftermarket brands, rated alittle hotter to burn the fuel more efficently, Ngk is still another good brand or taylor never used them though.
4-cylinders have four spark plugs, 6-cylinders have six spark plugs, 8-cylinders have eight spark plugs, etc, etc, etc

It is located over the cylinder head.
my petrol 04 Grandis is about to have its first set of plugs as part of its 54K service.
the 04 have platinum plugs and they are preset
Have it checked for codes, then you will know the answer.
They Are under the Intake manifold like on my 04 kia sedona, You have to removethe center part of the manifold.
There are access covers (2 of them, one for the left side, on for the right) over the ignition coils. The plugs are under each coil. Be sure to blow and/or wipe dirt, oil or debris from the spark plug wells out BEFORE removing the plugs, or you'll dump that crap straight into the cylinders.
Changing the plugs on the 04 MPV is a pain. The front three plugs are easy to get to - just remove the black plastic cover over the engine block (3 screws) and they're right there (but deeply recessed in the block). But you have to remove the manifold to get to the back three plugs. I wish they'd design these things with maintenance in mind. Cylinder 6 has misfired is there a diagram for this where is the plug and coil located
you have to remove the coils off of each spark plug, than under the coil is the plug.Remove the plug as any other plug.
1) Disconnect the wire harness from the ignition coils2) use a 10mm socket to take off the bolts on the ignition coils3) pull the plug boots out in pairs ( so you don't have to disconnect the wires)4) remove spark plugs with standard spark plug tool(comes with most socket-sets)5) gap new plugs to .04 with spark plug gapper6) install new spark plugs (make sure they're tight, but you don't need to kill it)7) put the plugs boots back (the wires 'click' on the plug, the coil boots don't 'click')8) put the ignition coil bolts back in9) reconnect the wire harnesses to the ignition coils10) enjoy your sweet car!!**NGK plugs are your best bet**if you have any check engine lights, disconnect the battery for 5 minutes to reset the codes
