Usually when faced with buying a new vehicle, or in my case, a new-to-me used vehicle I'm either in a state of denial or a state of depression. Sigh.....
But really, consider this, if you buy a car from out of state the sales tax is typically applied in your state of residence when you license it. So.......you might better ask which state would it be best to live in for buying a car but that would be a poor reason to decide where you want to live.
By the way, I do believe there are several states that do not apply sales tax....perhaps Alaska and Nevada? That's information not covered under Jeep Grand Cherokees however.
ebay, or a junk yard is your best bet!
unless your dealership states that upfront as an incentive to buy the car you cannot return a vehicle even if you've only had it for ten minutes. once the paperwork is done and signed, your locked in. some dealerships offer 30 day or so for exchange only, but that's probably the best you'll find.
The registered owner of the vehicle can, the driver of the vehicle (as long as they have no ownership interest) can not. Right ticket, wrong recipient.
Best Buy sells it
Hot Topic, FYE, or Best Buy are the best choices.
"Best Buy sells GPS systems for cars, which are essentially considered vehicle tracking systems. That is what they do, they track your vehicle to give you directions."
state where vehicle is registered
No. You only pay in the state that you register your vehicle.
You pay taxes to your home state regardless of where you buy the vehicle. A dealer can handle that for you, or you go to the courthouse.
You pay the taxes of your vehicle under the state you decide to register this vehicle in.
yes the elantra is the best car you can buy!!!!
For the best security and convenience, I recommend you buy Navtak's vehicle tracking systems. Right now, Navtak is the most advanced technology for vehicle tracking systems with reasonable price.
yes. you must pay your home states sales tax no matter where you buy the vehicle. however you will NOT have to pay sales tax in the state you buy the vehicle, but they may (or may not) have a fee for out of state purchasers.
Yes! As long as you are of legal age (In the state you are a legal resident of) you can buy a vehicle. You cannot legally register the vehicle in your name or legally drive the vehicle. You can even insure the vehicle with many insurance carriers; just not for driving purposes (i.e. as a "collector" vehicle for loss or damage in storage).
home state
The best insurance company for vehicle accidents is State Farm, with over 40 million drivers currently using State Farm. This makes State Farm one of the most popular insurance companies in the world.
Read the contract you signed when you purchased the vehicle.
