What is the best video game system ever?

Everyone has there own opinion on this topic, and I respect everyone's opinion. The Xbox 360 is awesome, the Wii is awesome, they are all AWESOME! But we are only going to review the current consoles, and no handhelds. So let us look at the facts...

Wii has sold 90 million systems as of Sept. 2011

Xbox 360 has sold 57 million systems as of Sept. 2011

PS3 has sold 51 million systems as of Sept. 2011

PC/iPhone has sold so many systems I don't even want to check.

PC/iPhone wins here.

Wii has a huge library of games.

Xbox 360 has the same library of games as PS3, with a few exceptions.

PS3 has the same library of games as Xbox 360, with a few exceptions.

PC/iPhone has the largest library of games and shares that of the Xbox 360 and PS3, but the majority of the games fail and/or suck.

Wii wins on this part.

Wii has largest variety of genre's. But most of the games are third party ever since 2009, and third party games usually suck.

Xbox 360 has mostly shooting and RPG games.

PS3 has mostly shooting, racing and fighting games.

PC/iphone has mostly shooting and puzzle games.

Wii wins in this category.

Despite the fact graphics don't matter...

Wii has the worst graphics of the three, but those are still pretty good.

Xbox 360 has the best graphics of the three.

PS3 has the same exact graphics as the Xbox 360, plus HD

PC/iPhone has every current form of graphics.

Wii has free online, but it is pathetic, but still playable. IMPOSSIBLE TO HACK. Why? Cause its Japanese.

Xbox 360 has best online, but at a cost of $50 for 13 months.

PS3 has free online, its OK, but not as good as the Xbox 360. Also is hacked all of the time.

PC/iPhone has free online or cost depending if the game is on disc or downloaded. Hacked ALOT MORE than the PS3.

Xbox 360 DESTROYS YOUR GAMES... after awhile...

PC/iPhone sometimes melts and scratches games sometimes it doesn't.

Wii is the most original of the systems. NEVER. EVER. COPIES.

Xbox 360 survives on copying the other systems.

PS3 copies occasionally.

PC/iPhone... I don't really know...

Wii has good controls, but can be annoying.

Xbox 360 has excellent controls.

PS3 has good controls.

Well its obvious who wins... ALL OF THEM! They are all great systems. But I would have to recommend either the Wii or Xbox 360. But thats just my opinion.

This is certainly a large question but as a hardcore gamer, i will answer 100% fairly!

Graphics: PS3: Exclusive titles on ps3 outmatch ALL other systems, however SOMETIMES suffer from bugs and other issues, but they are also blu-ray

Xbox 360: Normally exactly the same but when it comes to exclusive titles ps3 supases xbox

wii: Wii is know for its original controls, NOT its graphics for a reason!

PC: The games will never look as good as the ps3 however it can run VERY LARGE games with minimum bugs/glitches, even if the graphics are slightly lower

Verdict: Ps3 in 1st, then PC, 3rd is Xbox, and 4th is wii

Gameplay/controls:

PS3: In my opinion, the ps3 controls the best. The wii has more original controls but will never match the persition aiming of the ps3

Xbox: Very similar to ps3, just different controllers. I personally like ps3 controllers better but it is a matter of opinion!

Wii: The wii has the most original, next gen controls out to date (not including Wii U), and even though they are not as acurate, they are always a lot of fun to use!

PC: PC has near perfect controls, but still falls behind the PS3 in accuracy and behind the Wii in originality!

Verdict: 1st Ps3, 2nd xbox 360, 3rd wii, and 4th is PC

Games:

PS3: even though all the systems have there share of good exclusive titles, ps3 it a definate 1st for me! The quality of games like Uncharted 3 and God of War 3 is amazing and quickly drawed me in for hours on end!

Xbox 360: The xbox may be lacking in quantity of exclusives, but one exclusive stands THE REASON people get a Xbox 360. HALO! Halo is known world wide and for good reason. Even though i still prefer my uncharted 3, Halo comes in a close second when you are flying ships through alien planets and is certainly and amazing game!

Wii: Wii is the winner of the quantity of the exclusive games, but sadly a lot of these exclusives are disappointing or out right boring! thats not to say Wii doesnt have good exclusive titles (in fact is has a LOT!), its just that it has just as many crappy ones as good ones!

PC: Sadly the PC is lacking in exclusive games! Luckly most of the PC exclusive games (not includeing online browser games) are great, and even have some xbox 360 "exclusives" on it (The xbox 360 exclusives like Fable are actually not exclusives because they are also on PC), and have some advantages such as Steam, a comunity of gaming where nearlly every week you can find some really good games to download that are up to %90 off!

Verdict: 1st is PS3, the PC, Then Xbox 360, 4th is Wii!

Online support:

PS3: ps3 has a advantage over xbox with its FREE online, sadly it is often hacked and shut down for a couple days dew to errors. But you still normally get a good experience!

Xbox 360: The Xbox has the best connection and least amount of errors when it comes to online play, but it comes at a cost, Ever year you have to pay $60! That really suck as a kid, because $60 is hard to come by! But if you have a lot of money the better connection may be worth it!

Wii: The wii comes last in this area! The wii always like a party game where you play localy on the same wii. Wii never seemed like it really needed online play and because of that Nintendo seemes to have not put in much effort into makeing wii a good online console, but its always there for those people who just want some more time wasted hours, or to rank up on the leader boards!

PC: PC is a computer so oviously you have online play. The connection you get really depends on your computer and your WiFi! Bad wifi, bad connection. Good wifi, good conection.

Verdict: 1st Xbox (mind that if you have little money ps3 and xbox may switch),2nd ps3, 3rd PC, 4th Wii

Features: PS3:Ps3 is probably the winner here. It has a built in Blu Ray player and many features that are not available on xbox. Also with the PS vita (the new portable console from sony) you can now cross platform game. If you have a ps3 and your friend has a PS vita, you can play together online (in SOME games)

Xbox: This system is lacking in extra features!

Wii: similar to Xbox

PC: if you are thinking the PC as a GAMEING SYSTEM ONLY then extra features come in very small numbers, but as the entire package, PC is deffinetly first here! The amount of things such as Photo Shop, games, movies, Itunes, Netflix, internet, Word Perfect, and MANY MORE!

Verdict: PC 1st, 2nd ps3 3rd/4th is wii and Xbox

CONCLUSION: As a gamer, i would choose... drum roll please... PS3! All the systems are great, but the great games, free online, loads of features, and amazing graphics, it is hard to beat. The PC is far the best if you are including EVERYTHING PC has to offer, but with just games, it comes in last. The xbox is similar to ps3, but with the $60 for online, worse controler, and NO Blue Ray, ps3 is better! And Wii has done everything the other systems can do in aa brand new way! It may not have the best graphics or onine but either way its a lot of fun! ENJOY YOUR GAMING!
