Well if your not gunna eat right there's really no point in me explaining you need to eat about 6-7 meals aday don't worry about calories I'd say if you starting off start with 6 oz of meat (lean) and 1 carb lets say brown rice have half a cup of that and remember don't fall victim to the supplement scams no matter how good they say they are they never replace a good solid meal now you are gunna need a good whey and some bars but you should only use those about once a day the whey right after the lifting

Then do legs on the last day give your self a day to rest and then repeat the cycle
Do about 10 minutes of light cardio before each workout kinda as a warmup
