Well, you could take the subway, but it's not a long walk. Only about a mile. 125 West 45th Street is between 6th and 7th Avenues. So, you just walk west on 42nd Street (Grand Central is on the north side of 42nd, and traffic on the north side of the street flows west, so you just follow the direction that the traffic is going on the side of the street you are on). Walk west on 42nd until you get to 6th Avenue. Turn right onto 6th Avenue, and walk north to 45th Street. Then turn left onto 45th between 6th and 7th.

If you want to take the subway, then take the S shuttle train (color code grey) east across 42nd Street, from Grand Central (East 42nd) to Times Square (West 42nd).

You will exit the subway at West 42nd and 7th Avenue. Walk north on 7th to 45th, and then make a right onto 45th between 7th and 6th.

Take the S shuttle train (color code grey) west across 42nd Street, from Grand Central Station (East 42nd) to Times Square (West 42nd).

At the 42nd Street-Times Square Station, transfer to the Downtown 2 or 3 (of the 1-2-3, the red line) to the Wall Street Station. The Wall Street Station on the 2and 3 is actually on William Street, half a block from the corner of Wall and William Streets.

Note that the 3 train will not stop at Wall Street from 11:30 PM to to 6 AM.

You can take the subway, but it's not a long walk. Only about 1.25 miles. The Gershwin Theatre, at 222 West 51st Street, is between 8th Avenue and Broadway. Broadway runs diagonally through Manhattan and interrupts the city's grid pattern, so the Gershwin is between 8th Avenue and Broadway instead of 8th and 7th Avenues. So you would just walk north to 51st Street and then west to Broadway. Or west to Broadway and then north to 51st Street.

If you want to take the subway, then take the S shuttletrain (color grey) west across 42nd Street, from Grand Central (East 42nd) to Times Square (West 42nd).

At the 42nd Street-Times Square Station, transfer to the Uptown 1 train (of the 1-2-3, the red line), one stop, to 50th Street (at Broadway).

Grand Central is at 42nd Street between Lexington and Park Avenues. The Minskoff Theater is just off the southwest corner of 45th Street and 7th Avenue-Broadway (Broadway runs diagonally through Manhattan and cuts through 7th Avenue between 44th and 45th Streets).

So, you can walk west on 42nd Street to Times Square (which is 42nd Street between 7th Avenue and Broadway), and then north on Broadway or 7th Avenue to 45th Street. Or, you can walk north to 45th Street, and then west to 7th Avenue-Broadway.

It's 5 blocks west on 42nd Street to Broadway: Lexington ---> Park ---> Madison ---> 5th ---> 6th ---> Broadway ---> 7th. You'll know which way is west because Grand Central is on the north side of 42nd Street, and traffic on the north side of the street flows west.

There is a 201 Bleecker Street in Manhattan, and a 201 Bleecker Street in Brooklyn. Assuming you meant the one in Manhattan: take the Downtown 6 local train (of the 4-5-6, the dark green line) from 42nd Street-Grand Central Station to Bleecker Street (at Lafayette Street).

Walk 7 blocks west on Bleecker Street (in the opposite direction of traffic) to 201 Bleecker Street, between MacDougal Street and Minetta Street/6th Avenue.
