I heard you can either use aloe vera it helps heal the sun burns fast or you can take cold showers to reduce the body heat so it doesnt burn as badly, i take a spray bottle fill it up with cold water and put it on mist and spray my face, it feels cool and relieves the burn
1. Take cold showers.
2. Rub some product that has aloe in it on the sunburned parts.
3. Wear light clothing, preferably cotton, so you don' t irritate it further.
4. Drink lots of water.
5. Make sure your skin is hydrated, so put lotions on it because the sun has dried it out.
6.You can take a bowl and put 75% water in it, and 25% vinegar in it, then take a towel, and gently place it over all your sunburned areas. It feels really good and makes some of the pain go away.
