The best thing to do is exercise. This doesn't mean run 8 miles a day. It just means taking the time to do some kind of exercise. Its as simple as pushing your cart in the grocery store or taking a nice leisurely walk. At least 30 minutes of exercise is recommended a day. There are a ton of different ways to exercise. I personally prefer Zumba Fitness. Its so much fun! You literally dance off the calories. I lack both rhythm and coordination (lol) so I choose to do Zumba in the comfort of my own home rather than taking classes.
