The best way I have found is to have the vehicle up on a ramp. When you are laying underneath, look up on the right side(where feet face front of vehicle), go through the A frame arm. It is a llittle akward to reach, but with a filter wrench, can be done. The hardest part is to just make sure you can reach it from the ground.
