How much power can the subs take in terms of RMS wattage? You can either wire them to a 4 ohm load where they will each see 125 watts, or to a 1 ohm load where they each get 250 watts. Rockford Fosgate supplies a very useful feature for showing how to wire the subs for the impedance that you want: http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/woofer_wizard.asp

any amp could push any subs. but first off, rockford fosgate sucks. itll bump and be a good setup but sellt he amp and but sundown or american bass for amps
In my opinion the Rockford fosgate T2 subs are the best. They are pricey but well worth it. I have a t2 15" powered by a Rockford fosgate t2001bd (2000 watts) and it is the best system I've had.
"Power Acoustik GT1-2400D" OR "Kenwood Excelon X1200M" Amplifier
rockford made the renagade subs. They are just a cheaper sub that still sounds good it just cant hit the lows but the over all performance is pretty good for the price.
yes, they will be really loud. right now i have only a 250 watt amp pushing bothof mine and they are pretty loud for my small sunfire. even if you have a big suburban or something they will be pretty loud
For what exactly? It all depends upon what you are looking for, and how deep your pockets go. I can give you a list of subs that are top of the line the list contains home and auto subs. Klipsch Polk Infinity Paradigm MTX Rockford Fosgate Alpine JBL Yamaha Pyle Onkyo JL Audio Cerwin Vega Kicker

Why on earth would you take an awesome set of subs and subject them to some skimpy amp? Hunt down the Rockford T5002 and you'll set off car alarms as you drive by!
A possible choice is a pair of Rockford Fosgate HX2's all parallel in a sealed 1.25 cf/sub box. That's about 900w per sub peak, probably 4-500 watts rms, which should be in the subs sweet spot.
