It wasnt a 400 big block it actually was a 402
400 cubic inch produced from 1970-1980. However they did make a 400 big block.
the biggest crate motor GM chevy makes is a 572 not a 502
The biggest engine GM makes for vehicles(gasoline) is the 572
Yes. Chris Alston, at Alston Chassis Works, makes a kit, with everything you need.
No, but if the 96 has the 5.7 Vortec engine then it will have different heads which give it more power. ETA Question: Can I put the '96 vortec heads and intake on the '93 engine? You will need a vortec specific manifold. Edelbrock makes one
Possibly suzuki? Idk if it is the biggest, but their Hayabusa engine is pretty insane.
There are 2 in the back of the engine block, where the fly-wheel bolts to the crankshaft. There is 2 on each side of the engine block just above where the oil pan bolts to the block. 1 of them on each side of the block is hidden behind the motor mounts and one is behind the starter and the other one you can see on drivers side of engine. There is 2 in the front of the engine,1 on each side of the timing cover. You will have to remove everything on the front of the engine to see them. That makes 8 all together.
its s stroker crank that makes the 350 a 364
No you can not , That is what makes and keeps the engine running
You have to look on the side of the block behind the starter. Use of a mirror and flashlight makes this an easier task to perform.
NO!!!
426 hemi will fit or any new engine dodge makes will also fit.
I would answer if you provided the year and engine you are talking about. Chevy makes lots of engines. 4, 5, 6, & 8 cylinders. Want to try again and list this information.
