it is a house truck that a man from CT named Kevin built on a 1938 International Harvester truck.
Need to know the model, as well as what kind of bed it has on it. International Harvester manufactured Class 5 through Class 8 trucks.
While I cannot narrow it down to a model, the rear end casting number is from a truck by International Harvester. International Harvester is now known as Navistar International Corporation.
The tow truck Mater is supposed to be an International Harvester from the late fifties.

The International Harvester company came about in 1902 when the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company merged with 4 other companies. I believe the first International truck came into production in 1907.

There was a well-known brand of truck for many years named "International Harvester", but they are now out of business. "Isuzu"" also builds trucks.
Neither: Mater is a 1951 International Harvester L-170 "boom" truck with elements of a mid-1950s Chevrolet One-Ton Wrecker Tow Truck.
I would first look on eBay motors as this is a great place to find most anything. If you are willing to travel to pick up the truck then you could also check craigslist in other states.
