Answer 2: It is in fact an occult method [occult meaning secret, ;-) ] of healing using the body's natural energies. If you aren't familiar with anything of the sort, then the closest thing I can think of that would maybe help you understand how this works is by perhaps suggesting that you try a TaiChi/Qigong class or anything that involves 'energy work'. Or search on Google "how to feel you Chi", and try the exercises. It will give you an idea at very least.


There is absolutely nothing wrong or evil or forbidden about this healing method. It is only using the same energies that your body/mind/spirit already uses to sustain itself, to help others and yourself.


If energy work interests you then this is one of the best book on the subject.
