The Book of Combat is an unpleasant manual about Martial Arts, bare-knuckle fighting, kick-boxing and other forms of violent 'sport' written by Bas Rutten in 2002.
Much of it's content focuses upon gratuitous violence and cannot legitimately be described as sporting activity- it seeks to dress up brutality and thuggery as legitimate athletic persuit, but is in reality the kind of thing that would only attract persons with an inherently violent or aggressive nature.
