The hard limit is somewhere in the vicinity of 85,000. Disneyland actually stops selling tickets once attendance reaches about 75,000. Those with pre-purchased tickets, or those who have left the park and want to return, are allowed in until there are about 80,000 people, at which point admittance is halted until enough people leave to bring the attendance back below 80,000. There are some discretionary exceptions, but if you're outside the gates when it hits 80,000, you should expect that you're not going to get in. And on the pragmatic side you should be okay with that, since at 80,000 you'd just be standing around in a huge crowd not having any fun anyway.
While the resort as a whole does not have a maximum capacity, each park does have a guest limit. The Magic Kingdom, for example, will not admit more than 100,000 guests at one time.
I was told by an employee that Disneyland's max capacity is 60,000 not including venders or employees
The Disney Corporation would never want to give the exact number. If a number would be mentioned, it would only be the user's best guess.
The people that know the exact numbers don't share them with the public but if estimated numbers found on the internet are true all four parks can hold 250,000 to 270,000 people.
