Check ball joints & tie rod ends. The original ones that came with the car are not serviceable (greaseable) and sometimes they start to seize and give a screeching noise on turns. Also check the Power Steering fluid level to make sure its o/k but don't overfill it. You might want to have a look at the belt running the power steering, it may be loose or worn causing noises.

Inversed (INV) rubber is where the smooth side of the rubber is on the outside (the pimples are underneath) and used to strike the ball, whereas pimpled (PIP) rubber is the opposite - where the pimples are on the outside and the smooth side is underneath.
It has a flat surface which can stick on smooth surface.
