1. Visit the battle tower in the battle frontier, after becoming champion.2. Put your first 5 Pokemon you want to clone into box 9. Make sure those r your only Pokemon in that box. (u can only put 5 in your box right now because it wont let you deposit your last Pokemon.)3. Withdraw any other Pokemon that you own, DO NOT WITHDRAW A POKEMON YOURE CLONING. Now you can deposit your 6th Pokemon with the others in box 9. Log off your p.c.4. Save the game. Shutting it off after you save wont make a difference. So, to do it quicker, don't shut it off.5.Now Withdraw 5 Pokemon from box 9, because that's how much you can store right now.6. deposit your Pokemon that you werent going to clone. U know, the one you got from a random box as I said in step 3. Now withdraw your last Pokemon in box 9.7. talk to the lady right next to u. The multi link lady.8. Go to open challenge.9. She will now be saving the game for u. But b4 that, there will be a long pause. That is when the process of cloning is. So, DO NOT TURN IT OFF DURING THE PAUSE. Wait till it says " do you want to save your game?", then shut it off.10. When you turn your game back on, look in box 9. There will be 6 cloned Pokemon there.

PS. Toclone master ball just give it to one of the Pokemon you are cloning :DPPS. You don't have to clone six, but if u have six good Pokemon and want more of them, do it :D

In Pokemon Emerald

1. Go to the Battle Tower.
2. Go to the PC in the battle tower and put the Pokemon that you want to clone in a box and make sure there is no other Pokemon in the box.
3. Exit the box and save the game.
4. Withdraw the Pokemon.
5. Talk to the link battle lady.
6. Say open level then put your Pokemon in, but don't choose the Pokemon you wish to clone. There will be a two second pause. Don't turn the game off during the pause! That's when the Pokemon is being cloned. When the lady says Would you like to save after the pause turn the game boy off.
7. Turn your game back on and look in the box you put your Pokemon in. It's cloned!

[edit] In Pokemon Diamond/Pearl

1. Go to the PC system in the GTS building next to the counter. Take out the Pokemon you want to clone, and make sure there is at least one empty space or more in your party, since you will need it when you have finished cloning. (You don't really need the empty space since when you withdraw a Pokemon from the GTS and there are no spaces in your party, the Pokemon goes into your PC instead.)
2. Enter the GTS. After connecting to Wi-Fi is done loading deposit the Pokemon you wish to clone. After you deposit your Pokemon, but before the animation starts you will see a little second hand that "ticks" around in a clock-like manner. For the sake of argument we will call each time the second hand moves a "second" and each full circle the hand makes a "minute". These are of course inaccurate. There are eight seconds to a minute, and on average it takes seven minutes to upload your Pokemon to the database. The time it takes to upload the Pokemon varies with how well your connection is, and how close your DS is to your wireless router.
3. Place down your DS on a hard surface and do not move it. On a hard surface it is harder to accidentally move the system as opposed to just holding it in your hands, which do move.
4. Count how many "minutes" and "seconds" it takes to upload the Pokemon. Remember this number as it is an extremely important step in this process, write it down if you must.
5. Take your Pokemon back (without moving the DS). You did nothing so far to clone except finding out how long it takes to upload the Pokemon to the internet.
6. Upload your Pokemon again (without moving the DS). What you are trying to do is to turn off your DS one second (according to the icon on the bottom right, not one second according to your clock) before the uploading is complete. If you turn the game off it too early or too late it won't work. Remember, do not move the DS until you have a successful clone.
7. Turn on your game again and a screen will come up telling you that the game is corrupt. Don't worry this is a part of the cloning process and always happens. Nothing bad will happen to your game from this. D/P has a double save feature for such a situation. If the game does not notify you that the game data is corrupt then you know right away that the cloning failed. Anyway, you should be in the GTS building right in front of the desk.
8. Pause and check your party, if the Pokemon you were trying to clone is there, then so far so good. If not, then the cloning failed and the Pokemon is still in the GTS.
9. Connect to the GTS again to see if your Pokemon is still up for trade. If it is, and it is still in your party, retrieve your Pokemon from the trade. If not, then try again.
