Calcium Sennoside (C42H36CaO20), Ive included a link to the pub chem page (a database of chemicals and there properties in the links)

Some of there other products use Bisacodyl (C22H19NO4 ) See links for its database page too. (I assume it is administered in salt from too)

These drug both are "simulant laxtives" and are agonists ie they mimic the natural emzymes in your body and react with a receptor site simulating the production of lucbricant in the mucosa.

NB sitmulant laxatives are dangerous under certain circumstances ie nauseous or pregnant.
