I would suggest have it checked with a "trusted mechanic".,but I would wildly guess it could be your CV-Boots worn out-or just need to replace the driving axle- which the noise coming from...hope this help!!
Type of noise - scraping, clicking? Type of vehicle? it's neither scraping or clicking it's kind of like a humming sound vehicle is 99 le Sabre
Could be the dust shield is scraping the rotor causing the noise.
what kind of noise do u hear. clicking, poping, or skweek etc.
Check that the steering column is not obstructed
I have the same car with the same clicking noise right after you start the engine. The noise stops shortly after starting. There was a recall from Chrysler for this problem. Contact your local dealer regarding this matter.
When turning left or right, you will hear a clicking noise.
replace your fan clutch.
Check the brakes for worn pads. The pad backer scraping the rotor is the most common cause of this type of noise.
if clicking is in turns than a front axle needs replaced. if turning right it is your left axle-- turning left it is your right axle!! the clicking is the cv joint in axle.
The drive shaft may need to be tightened
heat/ac actuator
Did you replace the CV joint itself? If the boot is torn then that is your problem.
