That is a difficult question as there would not be specific records in that regard. Ireland is a small country so cloudy days can often affect the whole country, though not necessarily. Most of Ireland's weather comes in from the Atlantic Ocean so the whole western coast, from the northwest to the southwest gets most of the wet weather first and generally gets more rain than the east coast, and so it would get more cloud, but it wouldn't be possible to identify a specific county.
