You can not have two devices having the same number, what you can do instead is transfer incoming calls to the landline to your mobile. In other words, when someone is calling your landline it will instead be redirected to your mobile device.

In Australia we use the 1800MUMDAD reverse charge calls service. I never tried it calling a landline though I pretty think it could. Check some advertisements especially in the country you're from! I am also from Australia, I second that motion with 1800MUMDAD.
